Target groups

•Partners of MODI-FY can draw on a strong network of relevant associations e.g. ECQA, INTO, builders, architect and civil engineers organisations, educational institutions, sub-contracting companies, training professionals and SMEs, assisting partners in achieving the set objectives of “MODI-FY” also beyond the life span of the project.
•First of all we address the field of redevelopment of historic buildings:
–National trust organisations INTO
–Conservation and Heritage Agencies
–Public, private and NGO owners of historic buildings
–Ministries concerned

We will address the main industrial areas affected as there are:
•Building industry (specific project management knowledge is required by builders and related professions),
•Building engineering industry (specific project management knowledge is required by architects, civil engineering, structural engineers, planning offices including diagnosis specialists)

2.Volunteers working for responsible bodies
3.Architects and structural engineers
4.Civil engineers and planning offices including diagnosis specialists
5.Restaurateurs and stuccoers
6.Art historians


1.Responsible organisations for historic buildings (castle managements, monasteries and convents, museums, historic towns, university administrations, cities, ministries, private owners, …) will be reached through existing contact lists, international umbrella organisations e.g. UNESCO, INTO, Europa Nostra, National conservation agencies and the list of conference participants of previous conferences in Vienna, May 2012, October 2013 and October 2014
2.Building industry (builders, painters and decorators, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, masons,…) will mainly be reached through their umbrella bodies like the Association of Building Industries;
3.National bodies of architects and structural engineers
4.Chambers or umbrella organisations of civil engineers and planning offices including diagnosis specialists
5.Institutes of universities and universities of Applied Science
6.National guilds and chambers of trades of restaurateurs and stuccoers
